A lifelong passion
With two decades experience of living and working on boats, I know the importance of peace of mind when it comes to buying and maintaining a vessel.
I currently live aboard my narrowboat on the Kennet & Avon Canal with my wife, our two kids, our cat, and dog.
I've been working at Bradford Wharf on and off for 20 years. I started working there to earn the money to fix my first boat up, and have the space to do the work. In the years since, I've offered reliable advice based on years of experience and a solid knowledge foundation to countless Boaters as they've passed through Bradford Wharf on the Kennet & Avon.
Yachts and sailing boats have been a lifelong passion. I've owned my own sailing boat for four years, was sailing topper boats and dinghies as a schoolboy and mackerel fishing with my grandad at Cardigan Bay. There has always been mariners in my family and I'm proud to carry on this legacy.
My work at the boatyard demonstrates the benefits of having a survey firsthand - boat owners who have a trustworthy recent survey know what work needs doing.
I love having a job that I can do well and which helps people. Buying a boat is a big decision - making the investment in a thorough and trustworthy survey allows you to make informed decisions, and helps protect you from unexpected costs in the future.
If you are thinking about buying a boat in the south of England or on the south coast and need a pre-purchase survey, an insurance or damage report, or a hull inspection - let's talk about how I can help you feel confident in your decision to invest in your boat.
